Jordan Eshpeter is a second-year Master’s student in the Everyday Design Studio. Under the supervision of Prof. Ron Wakkary, Jordan’s research focus is at the intersection of posthumanism, ethics, and design practice. He is also Director of Strategy at Invoke, a digital product studio.
Additionally, Jordan hosts a technology-ethics discussion group called Ethicism and has presented at various conferences and events; including the Philosophy of Human-Technology Relations Conference 2020, TEDx Abbotsford 2020, and Touchpoint 2020 Interaction Design Conference. Previously, he collaborated with Swedish design and technology school Hyper Island, contributes to the Open Roboethics Institute and the International Jacques Ellul Society, and is a member of ACM SIGCHI and the Society for Philosophy & Technology.
